End User License Agreement (EULA) - "Daily Factss"
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("End User" or "you") and Zennaxx Technology ("Company," "we," or "us") for the use of the "Daily Factss" mobile application ("App").
By installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this EULA. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
1. License Grant
Subject to the terms of this EULA, Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
2. Subscription Services
If you choose to subscribe to our premium services, you agree to the terms outlined in our Privacy Policy and any additional terms related to subscription services.
3. 3-Day Free Trial
Upon subscription, you are entitled to a 3-day free trial. If you choose to cancel during the trial period, you will not be charged. Failure to cancel will result in automatic conversion to a paid subscription.
4. User Content
You may have the opportunity to submit content through the App. By doing so, you grant Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, reproduce, and distribute that content.
5. Intellectual Property
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Company and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever.
7. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found at https://app-privacypolicy.foodbooks.in/dailyfactss/
8. Changes to EULA
We reserve the right to update or modify this EULA at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
9. Governing Law
This EULA is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India/Gujarat, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
